I woke this morning with terrible pain from my mouth and I knew immediately my problematic wisdom tooth had finally caught up with me a year later. I live in Penrith and travelled to work in Westleigh and by 9:45am I was ready knock myself off due to the intense pain in my mouth. I rang Dentists in Penrith hoping to snag a late appointment this afternoon but everyone was booked out and couldn’t help me. I then Google searched the closest Dentists to me and one by one they couldn’t help until I rang Pure Dental. The Dentist took my call and must of heard in my voice that I was desperate and asked if I was in pain which I replied YES. The Dentist said can you be here in 15mins and I replied YES. When I entered the practice the first thing that I took in was how neat, tidy and clean it all was. I was greeted by the Dentist and she said I’ll be with you shortly. After a short wait it was my time to see her. I immediately explained my ordeal and off she went investigating my mouth and she knew exactly what was wrong with me and within 30mins my dead broken wisdom tooth was out! Not only did she save my head from exploding from pain she took the time to see me when no other Dentist would. I praised her for this and I was amazed that I actually received treatment from someone that in my eyes who actually cares for their patient’s.
Not only did she go above and beyond to help me, she actually called me at the end of the day to see how I was doing! OMG this stuff you only see in the movies but today I was treated from a true Professional. Anyone in need of Dental work I would strongly recommend this practice before any other.
